Imperial Paddock Pools is proud of its reputation for stellar pool care service in Vancouver. We thought we should introduce you to the members of our team who service your backyard swimming pool or work in your buildings. We’re proud of the work they do day in and day out.
Before meeting the team, take a moment to read a few facts about the knowledgeable, committed staff at Imperial Paddock Pools.
- On average, an Imperial Paddock Pools employee has been with the company for 16 years. A recent survey of Canada’s swimming pool industry reports that the average number of years employees stay with other companies is 12. We think there are three main reasons why our employees stay with Imperial Paddock Pools:
- We pay an honest wage.
- We offer good working conditions.
- We appreciate and reward our employees’ contributions to the continuous improvement of the company and our service to our clients.
- We do not use seasonal workers. This means you always get experienced service personnel working on your equipment.
- We do not outsource any of the work to other contractors. We have our own licensed gasfitters on staff. We also have two certified divers for underwater repairs, which eliminates the need for pool draining on most repairs.
